Brazonics has produced a wide range
of Liquid Flow Through (LFT)
components for military and
commercial applications. Manufacture
of these items requires our ability
to meet difficult requirements of
Flatness, Perpendicularity,
Profiling and True Positioning of
holes. Many configurations require the ability to meet
True Positions of 0.004 or less,
Perpendicularity of 0.002 and Hole
Diameters requiring +0.0000/-0.0005.
These types of components require
maintaining very tight flatness over
the Fin Cavity for wall thickness
integrity, even with internal flow
paths that have varying heights. LFT
modules requires skill at porting
parts for No-Leak Quick Disconnects
and maintaining Flatness to achieve
proper electronic component
interfacing for the necessary heat
transfer. These vacuum brazed parts
must withstand over 250 psi internal pressure.
Brazonics’ capability of meeting
tight requirements on liquid cooled
components is part of its long
history as an aerospace component
manufacturer, and application of
this technology to the commercial
markets.
We have produced these types of
components in a prototype
environment up to quantities over
120 units per week with the same
levels of exacting quality. Other
capabilities in liquid cooling
include aluminum and nickel tube
flow through applications.
